Why all the talk about the Mildura market?

The Mildura market has experienced significant growth in terms of sale price and rents.

According to RP Data's recent figures, Mildura (3500) Houses, experienced growth as described below.

2017 - 7.4%

2018 - 10.1%

2019 - 3.5%

2020 - 15.1%

2021 - 17.3%

2022 - 7.8%

2023 - 2.0%

2024 - 6.5%

In the meantime, rental vacancy rates have remained below 1% and the yield has held up to between 5% & 6% making Mildura an investor's hotspot.
